NICL AO 2025 Application Form
The NICL AO Apply Online 2025 process began on 12th June 2025. Interested candidates can submit their application forms through the official website at www.nationalinsurance.nic.co.in. NICL AO Eligibility Criteria

NICL AO Salary Structure
Candidates selected as Administrative Officers (AO) at NICL will earn around Rs. 85,000 per month in metro cities. The basic pay starts at Rs. 50,925, and the salary follows a structured scale. The salary also includes various allowances according to company rules. Specialist Officers with an MBBS degree can receive a Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) of 25% of their basic pay.

National Insurance AO Recruitment: Guarantee Bond and Probation Period
Candidates who qualify the NICL AO Examination will be posted at any location that the Board decides and candidates have to serve for a period of 5 years and those who get selected for Specialist post will have to serve for 10 years. Also, the probation period after selection is for 1 year and they will be promoted based on their performance in that year. The probation period may get extended for 2 years. Upon selection, candidates have to sign an Undertaking to serve the Company for 4 years. This is the Guarantee bond and if any candidate decides to resign then they have to pay 1 year salary.
