Three IIT graduates have transformed JEE preparation in Kashmir, making quality education accessible to students who previously lacked proper guidance. Their initiative introduced structured learning, expert mentorship, and affordable coaching, helping aspirants prepare effectively without leaving their hometowns.

Kashmir’s students have long faced challenges such as limited resources and frequent disruptions. Many had no choice but to move to other cities for better coaching. The IITians saw this gap and decided to change the situation by providing a well-planned curriculum, online and offline classes, and direct mentorship.

“Quality education should be available to everyone, no matter where they live,” said one of the IITians.

Their initiative focused on key aspects:

  • Structured study plans to keep students on track.
  • Recorded lectures for flexible learning.
  • Doubt-clearing sessions for better understanding.
  • Personalized mentorship to boost confidence.

The impact was immediate. Many students who once struggled with JEE concepts showed remarkable improvement. Some even secured impressive ranks, proving that with the right guidance, talent can thrive anywhere.

“Before this, I had no clear direction. The mentorship helped me stay focused and improve my performance,” shared a student.

Unlike expensive coaching institutes in major cities, the IITians ensured their program remained budget-friendly. “No student should give up on their dreams because of high fees,” said one of the founders.

Their efforts have reshaped JEE preparation in Kashmir. Students now have the resources and support they need to succeed, without having to leave their homes. What started as a small initiative has turned into a movement, giving Kashmiri students the confidence to aim higher and achieve their dreams.
