Job Role & Salary Structure
Selected candidates will be working under NAPS/NATS on a company payroll. The salary structure varies based on qualification:
1. ITI Candidates
- Company Salary: ₹15,800 per month
- Total CTC: ₹15,800 per month
2. Diploma Holders
- Company Salary: ₹15,800 per month
- Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT): ₹4,000 per month
- Total CTC: ₹19,800 per month
3. Degree/B.Tech Holders
- Company Salary: ₹16,800 per month
- Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT): ₹4,500 per month
- Total CTC: ₹20,300 per month
Additional Benefits & Deductions
